Rackgun

The Rackgun

This is a manually operated, plural-component Rackgun with a moving mixing chamber. Spring in the rear of the gun push the mixing chamber to the forward position when you release the trigger.

Only weighs 3.25 pounds.
Off Ratio mix chambers available from 2.25:1 up to 3:1 with different volume sizes.
With no air atomization there is almost no over-spray compared to any other gun.
The savings in material lost to over-spray can be huge
The gun sprays well in close proximity because there is no air blast to blow fresh foam back at you
The gun includes a automatic positive safety lock

Evolution of The Rackgun

This started as an idea in December of 2012 with the request of a customer.
The first model came quickly but the finalization of the product has taken 6 years of development
and testing.
